Our Function Room “The Windsor Room” is perfect for any meeting small or large and is fully air-conditioned.
The flexibility this affords, combined with our ideal location within easy reach of London and two major airports makes the Crown an ideal location for business meetings.
WIFI access available free of charge to all participants on the day of any meeting and we have equipment available to hire for your convenience.
It can accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre style and can be set in a variety of different layouts depending on your requirements and size of your group.
For the less formal meetings our conservatory on the ground floor is also available to hire, is again fully air conditioned and is very light and comfortable.
Buffets can be arranged with prior notice and refreshment breaks as requested.

Half day – 8am-1pm or 1pm to 6pm
Day – 8am-6pm
Extended hours available by arrangement. Price to be agreed. Weekly rates are available on request.
